We have a Startwell workshop video for you to watch. The video was kindly filmed at Hopscotch Pre-School. The video shows you how to include the Startwell characters into activities with the children and how to talk about their messages to the children. We have included our workshop lesson plans for all the characters for you to follow and use in your setting.

We also filmed snack time and you can see their good practice including having some of the Startwell characters visible during snack time, talking about how many portions of Fay’s 5 a day they were eating and encouraging independence with pouring skills and clearing away. NB. Please remember to cut food safely into lengthways rather than discs to reduce the risk of choking.
