  • Activity ideas for the Startwell Key Messages
  • The difference between moderate and high intensity physical activity
  • Creating a Startwell environment within your nursery setting

To book onto this event, please click ‘going’ under RSVP below and fill in the booking form. You will be emailed a ticket which will be your place confirmation. You will then be sent the Teams meeting invite to the training about a week before the training is due.

Please note we will only accept 2 places per setting as there will be limited space on this training as it is face to face.
